Watch games aren't coming through
Fixes for Apple Watch games that don't appear in your entry.
Watch games are on iPhone and Apple Watch only.
You haven’t pulled them yet
Section titled “You haven’t pulled them yet”In game tracking, find the Watch Games card and tap the refresh button or Pull Games. It reads No games found when nothing has arrived.
The watch isn’t connected
Section titled “The watch isn’t connected”Keep the watch paired and nearby, and open Pickleball Journal on it. Then pull again.
The games are from a different day
Section titled “The games are from a different day”The card shows today’s games. Pull the games on the day you played them.
It’s taking too long
Section titled “It’s taking too long”If you see Syncing with Apple Watch, give it a moment. If This is taking longer than expected appears, tap Continue without watch data, then pull again later.
You can’t change a watch result on iPhone
Section titled “You can’t change a watch result on iPhone”Watch results are locked on the phone. Change them on the watch.
