iPhone

Add media

1. In your entry, scroll to Media.

2. Tap Add Photos or Add Videos.

   

3. Allow access to your photos if the app asks, then choose what you want.

Choose Add Photos and Add Videos separately. Thumbnails appear in the entry.

Note

On iOS 17 and later, the entry points to the photo or video in your Photos library instead of copying it. If you delete it from Photos, it disappears from the entry.

Android

Add media

1. In your entry, scroll to Media.

2. Tap Add Photos & Videos.

   

3. In the Add Media menu, choose Photos, Videos, or Photos & Videos.

4. Allow access if asked, then choose what you want.

An entry holds up to 20 photos and videos. If a file can’t be found, the thumbnail says Media reference unavailable and offers a retry.

Remove media

Tap the remove button on a thumbnail while you edit the entry.

Tap a thumbnail on a saved entry to view it full screen.

Android backups don’t include photos and videos. See Back up and restore.
